8:01AM Opens with a reflection on the last class which was held up in the orchestra room. Students are offering thoughts on the experience and are doing a good job of taking turns speaking. Ginger is guiding the conversations with key questions.

While taking role Ginger recognizes a student raising their hand and lets them know they are seen, but they need to wait for asking their question.

While answering more questions, Ginger reminds a student to manage side conversations. She doesn’t make a big deal about it and keeps the conversation moving. Also when a student asks a non-music question she answers it and reminds the class to focus questions on music.

8:06AM moves on to warm up and stretches.

Gets students involved in leading the exercises as well.

When Ginger leads it she speeds up and students amp up their focus and energy.
